The hydrocarbon potential of the Larne and Rathlin basins are discussed in the context of Atlantic Margin exploration potential.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2017 Ray led the NFES on this 4 day trip around Antrim. The trip was well received and Ray received an honorary membership to the society for this and other outstanding contributions to\u00a0<b>NFES\u00a0<\/b>over the years. We have offered to run the trip for the\u00a0<b>PESGB\u00a0<\/b>but this is unlikely to occur until 2019 due to the full programme the PESGB has to manage.
